What to expect during your initial visit?

I will analyze and discuss your complete social and medical history, your job nature, lifestyle, past efforts, supplements, and a lot more. I will gather all the information I need to fully understand your current dietary issues and provide modest education based on your goals and underlying medical conditions. We set short-term and long-term goals based on your personal dietary needs. The initial visit will be 45- 60 minutes in duration.

What to expect from your follow-up visit?

At the end of our first visit, based on the initial assessment, we will determine how many follow-up appointments you need. It could be anywhere from weekly, 2-3 weeks, or every 2-3 months depending on your needs. Follow-up visits will be of 30-60 minute minutes duration.
